A resident of Arizona for nearly 50 years, Debby began he career in management in the real estate industry working for Minnesota Title.  Transferred to the finance end where I managed a group of 25 Financial Reps for several years before meeting my husband Dave of 37 years and building our family.   Debby has organized and managed several start up businesses in the construction/contracting business and the sports industry here in the East Valley. 

Debby is the founding owner/operator of our current business, the nationally recognized Arizona Dynamics Gymnastics Training Center.  We opened in Gilbert, Arizona in 1999 before moving to our current location in Chandler.  We added a second location in Tucson, Arizona in 2012. Our program has become a house hold name and a leader in its industry. The competitive program has earned Arizona’s Program of the Year for 10 consecutive years.  Arizona Dynamics has earned State, Regional and National Champion Titles as well as help over 30 gymnasts earn their college scholarships.  

Debby served as the USA Gymnastics State Committee Chairman from 2000-2015.  Responsibilities included maintain the Rules & Policies of USA Gymnastics at all events and assist and manage Arizona’s 65 clubs, 180 professional members and 3000 plus gymnasts.  Debby continues to be a state committee member where she is a leader and mentor to the current State Chairman and the community it serves.  Debby has earned Arizona’s Professional of the Year award three times. 

Debby and her husband have 4 children and 10 grandchildren.  Her passion is making a positive impact on the youth of Arizona.  Sports were always a main stay in our household and she believes that the lessons and values of athletics are paramount.  I am excited and honored to be involved in the Legacy Sports Park USA and am dedicated to making an even bigger impact for the youth of Arizona.
